Division 02 · Capabilities
Storage, handling and freight coordination built to secure frictionless supply chains across North America.
01Overview
Logistics and Warehousing is where Vitesse secures frictionless supply chains. Goods arriving from the trading arm are received, stored, handled and released through warehousing and logistics capacity that supports North American distribution.
The discipline here is removal — of dwell time, of unnecessary handling, of the delay between an arrival and its onward movement. Freight is not simply stored; it is kept ready.
Division 02
02Warehousing
The Wyoming headquarters anchors North American distribution, warehousing and logistics. Inventory is held in a form that supports rapid onward movement rather than accumulating in storage.
03Cross-Docking
Where volume and timing allow, goods move from inbound to outbound without a storage interval. Cross-docking is the clearest expression of Operational Velocity inside the warehouse: the shortest possible time between two trucks.
04Customs Coordination
Cross-border movement lives or dies on paperwork. Customs coordination is handled as part of the logistics flow so that clearance work happens alongside the physical movement of goods, not after it.
05Last-Mile Delivery
Delivery coordination carries consignments from the warehouse network to the destination — retail, wholesale, commercial or industrial. The last mile is planned with the same intent as the first.
Outbound volume is grouped by destination and window.
Movement is planned around delivery requirements and geography.
Consignments reach their destination within the agreed window.
Delivery is verified and closed out against the original requirement.
06Supply Chain Flow
The capability set delivered by the Logistics & Warehousing division inside one integrated supply chain.
Inbound goods are checked in and put away or staged for onward movement.
Inventory held in distribution-ready form across the North American footprint.
Inbound flows redirected to outbound without a storage interval where possible.
Cross-border documentation handled alongside the physical movement.
Consignments routed and delivered to retail, wholesale and commercial destinations.
One structure sees the whole journey from arrival to delivery.
Logistics & Warehousing operates as one of four divisions inside the same company — the handover to the next layer is part of the design, not a separate engagement.
05What it delivers
Three outcomes the Logistics & Warehousing division is built to produce.
Fewer stationary days between arrival and onward movement.
Cross-docking removes touches that add cost without adding value.
Trading, storage and delivery are held under the same roof and the same plan.
06Division flow
The five stages the division runs on, from first commitment to expansion.
Goods originate through the Asian sourcing and manufacturing network.
Cross-border trade is handled inside one accountable corporate structure.
Freight moves into North American storage and cross-docking capacity.
Inventory is routed through retail, wholesale and commercial channels.
Coverage and capacity expand as the partner grows.
Freight is only as fast as the warehouse behind it.
